For those who have not uploaded their oral presentation file to the website in advance, please go to the Lounge Room at 1F of Student Activity Center to upload your file, 30 minutes before the section of your presentation starts the latest. There is an oral presentation file upload area in the Lounge Room, if you came upon any problems, ask the staff for your service.

由於會議參加人數眾多，為了讓報到程序順利進行，請留意報到事項：

2.現場報到指示
現場報到桌將分為(1)已繳費者報到桌，(2)已上網註冊未繳費者報到桌，(3)現場註冊繳費桌。請依據自身在(1)~(3)的類別以及所屬學校尋找報到桌，並告知報到桌之服務人員自己的報到號碼，以進行報到。

Due to the vast number of participants in the meeting, please notice the following check-in procedures:

1.Confirm your check-in number in advance.
Because we have so many participants, in order to pace up we have assigned check-in numbers to all registered participants, please link to http://psroc2010.ncku.edu.tw/all_join_list.php to look for your check-in number.

2.Check-in instructions:
Check-in desks are categorized into (1)Registered online and paid fee; (2)Registered online but not yet paid fee; and (3)On site registration. Please look for the desk you belong to according to your affiliation and above categories, and tell the desk service your check-in number in order to check-in.

一、二月二日年會專車（高鐵台南站--會場）之行駛時間約為（10:00-13:00），故建議搭乘高鐵車次如下：

南下：411, 413, 417, 419, 423, 425
北上：420, 422, 426, 428, 432, 434

二、欲搭乘二月三日晚宴後專車及二月四日閉幕後專車（會場--高鐵台南站）者，請向服務臺登記並索票，票數有限，登記請早。

1. The PSROC2010 shuttle buses will commute on 2/2 between THSR Tainan station and NCKU during 10:00 - 13:00. Therefore, the recommended THSR trains to take are as follows:

south bound: 411, 413, 417, 419, 423, 425
north bound: 420, 422, 426, 428, 432, 434

2. For those who would like to take the bus to THSR Tainan station after the banquet (2/3) and after the closing ceremony (2/4), please register on the service counter and ask for a ticket. The number of tickets is limited, so it is better to ask for it ASAP.

Since the website has declined abstract upload and revise functions, instructions of revising submitted abstracts are as follows

1.For oral presentation abstracts
If you wish to revise submitted oral abstract, please use the link in the system mail for uploading PPT file, and compress the abstract PDF along with the file you wish to upload.
2.For poster presentation abstracts
If you wish to revise submitted poster abstract, please e-mail to psroc2010@phys.ncku.edu.tw and give the assigned poster number, we will reply with a link for you to upload the abstract PDF.

Because we are short on personnel, the uploaded abstracts cannot be updated instantly onto the website, but they will be updated in the meeting CD-ROM file.

為了使會議流暢進行，本會議希望口頭發表講者能先上傳發表當日所使用之簡報檔(PPT)。請仔細閱讀下列說明事項：

1.投稿口頭發表論文者將收到系統電子郵件，請依郵件指示操作上傳檔案。
2.一篇論文會有一封上傳通知信件，只能用於該篇論文。
3.上傳接受的檔案格式為ppt, zip, rar, pdf。若是上傳一個以上檔案，請以壓縮程式合併成一個檔案。
4.會場使用之電腦為Windows XP，PPT自Office 2003讀取，若有影音檔將用kmplayer播放，請留意。
5.若是需要修改檔案，請重新上傳，該檔案將直接覆蓋原上傳檔案。
6.檔案上傳容量有限制，請勿超過10MB，若超過請寄至psroc2010@phys.ncku.edu.tw(並註明論文編號)
7.上傳後，為了應付突發狀況，還是請講者備有PPT相關檔案至會議。

In order for the meeting to run without delay, we strongly suggest that oral presenters upload their PPT and related files in advance. Please read the following instructions carefully:

1.Oral thesis submitters shall receive a system E-mail, please follow the instructions in the letter to upload your files.
2.There will be an E-mail for each thesis, and you can only upload the file for that thesis.
3.The accepting file formats are only ppt, zip, rar, or pdf. If you have more than one file, please compress them into one file.
4.Please keep in mind that the computers provided in the meeting are in Windows XP, and ppt files are read from Office 2003, and media files will be played through the KMPlayer software.
5.If you need to revise existing uploaded file, just upload again, and the new file will replace the previous one.
6.There is a limit in the size of the file, please do not save over 10MB, otherwise mail your files(remember to give thesis number) to posoc2010@phys.ncku.edu.tw.
7.Just in case, please prepare the file on your own during the meeting in case anything happens.

2010年物理年會如今已大幅更新，主要更新項目有日程表、議程表、壁報展示、交通與場地圖等相關事項，請務必瀏覽網站查看相關訊息。

由於各組別宣讀論文時段已公佈，請各時段主席、邀請講者、宣讀論文者留意下列事項：

所有宣讀論文議程相關者皆應留意所參與時段之時間與地點，以免在現場因資訊不足造成擔擱、延誤時間。
各時段口頭報告的主持人，請於所主持時段30分鐘前至服務台領取相關資料。
邀請演講者，演講時間為25分鐘，問題討論5分鐘。
宣讀論文者，演講時間為12分鐘，問題討論3分鐘。

壁報論文比賽分為三天，詳細內容與壁報分組編號請見網站「壁報展示」相關訊息。在壁報評審時間內，請各壁報論文作者於壁報旁，以供讀者和評審委員提問題和討論。

Dear Participants of the PSROC2010:

The website of PSROC2010 Annual Meeting has been updated with the most recent information, including daily schedule, parallel sessions, poster sessions, transportation and building maps. Please browse the site for further information.

Upon the announcing of the parallel sessions, all chairmen, invited speakers, and contributed speakers should be aware for the following instructions:

All participants of the parallel sessions please notice the time and place of your sessions. Your mistake may cause the delay of all the other events.
For the chairman of each session, please report to the service desk 30 minutes ahead of your session.
For the invited speakers, your talk is 25 minutes and 5 minutes for Q&A.
For contributed speakers, your talk is 12 minutes and 3 minutes for Q&A.

The poster sessions are divided into 3 days. Please check for related information of your poster section and assigned poster number at the “Poster Presentation” on the website. During the judging period, the authors of the poster should be available around your poster for inquiry from judges and audience.
